To be fair, "Thy Favourite Cuisine" seemed like it was pretty alive again, people were having fun discussing their favorite food. Of course, if you want to ruin a good thing, I guess locking that thread was actually the right thing to do. A shame, though.

It's in Moderation actually - and we don't need reports of possible rules violations in Moderation (as we're as likely to check the thread ourselves as we are to see the report). It's unnecessary, and he was answered elsewhere - but I don't see a need to do anything further with that thread.
