This is advocating death, no two ways about it. Just like the other guy who wrote, "the only good communist is a dead communist" and then called it a "joke". Neo-Nazis are alive and kicking to this day, and nobody likes being told they should just drop dead, no matter how vile or evil they may be.

First of all 'advocating death' is not, by itself, an actionable offence. When advocating death is actionable, it's because it's trolling or flamebaiting or some other actionable activity.

Secondly, in the context of the thread, both of those posts appear to be commenting on historical National Socialism of the c.1919-1945 period, not on modern neo-Nazis.

I would likely be prepared to take action against trolling of modern far right and/or neo-Nazi individuals or institutions, but that doesn't seem to be what's happening here.

If, however, any former members of the 1919-1945 Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei post in Moderation - whether from Europe or Bariloche - to complain that they're being trolled, I'll revisit this; but I suspect that they're a fairly small demographic within our forums.
