It would seem that La Navasse wrote an essay claiming to be the player Vacatio. Vacatio then arrived in the theead with a new nation, stating that the essay was an impersonation by the aforementioned La Navasse.

Looks like rulebreaking from La Navasse, bosses.

Let's just say that from the backend, it looks rather a lot more like something else.
