Hello, sorry if this is the wrong place to inquiry about this. Many of my friends have recently been complaining about this one guy, and I saw him myself just now. His nation is Trainmaster and he's spamming embassy requests. It's not that much of a problem, but upon confronting him about it, he responds very rudely and with no sense of empathy or civility. Have others encountered this?
I would suggest banning him from your region for good measure. (I forget off the top of my head if that means he can't send you requests or not.) And if his rude responses when asked to quit are flaming or otherwise rulebreaking, report those via the Getting Help page. Be sure to include a link to the telegram(s), you can get the direct link from the "X minutes/hours/etc ago" timestamp beneath the sender's name.
