The GenSec cheating me

I sent yesterday two resolutions
My first one

ACKNOWLEDGING the world assembly is great but have a lot of laws which are cause of disturbs and intrigue beetwen it is members SEEING disturbing division and inefficiency inside the world assembly obstacled by a lot of interested nations in and out of the assembly something to be removed
CONCERNED about the relevant fact of a each day less nations remaining inside
ENCOURAGING to renovate the world assembly in other way less conflictive as a new HRE with voluntary membership BECOMING each state leader no matter if monarchy or republic or other type a prince/princess of the new HRE
ALLOWING free entry and exit of princes to the HRE max one nation as before PROPOSING that the delegates are changed to electors for electing one emperor each month AWARDING some prices to the volunters to become HRE emperor
PUTTING in a system to change a international law without the repeal
PUTTING IN an elective monarchy as form of HRE governement
MAINTAINING the before international laws but permitting the emperors to change it
AWARDING each emperor/empress the legislative power of the HRE to make and reject laws more kick without a heavy debate eachtime SECURING the imperial nations independence and security doing an imperial army with some princes commanding it
HORRIFIED that the actual assembly has gone in a intrigue system with a lot of changes corruption and no gain for the members worst than the papal curia in medieval time
CONCERNED that the emperor/empress will not dictate the type of governement of the princes and neither his policies excepting some changes by international law as before but less harassing
APPLYING CUO REGNO CUO RELIGIO policy to each prince/princess will be allowed to dictate the national religion of his/her country FORBIDDING the emperors/empresses to do laws without profit to the new HRE for preventing corruption ones like especial taxes
HEREBY PROCLAIMS THE RENOVATIO IMPERI

It was discarded cause they said it modifies the game mechanics i revised the rules and it do not especify that changing world assembly form is changing game mechanics


My second one

General Assembly Resolution #6 “Humanitarian Transport” (Category: Human Rights; Strength: Mild) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

ACKNOWLEDGING that this resolution dictate a nation how to care about war prisioners

CONCERNED that there is no international territory cause that territory do not belong to noone for that the point of making laws in it is useless

DEEPLY DISTURBED for the international intervention in war affairs saying how to manage prisioners and putting restrictions

OBSERVING that maintaining laws on no nation area is costly and do not guarantee the enforcement cause the large extension of oceans and seas

DECLARING that the nations do not have to ensure nothing to refugees for international order the refugee catcher is the only responsible

CONSIDERING this resolution entering in conflict with national affairs of nations in war

SAYING that is a form of international opression over minor nations

HEREBY REPEAL Humanitarian transport

It is declared illegal 26 minutes ago: Christian Democrats: Illegal — Language Rule: "Proposals must use understandable English."
I sent a message asking why and saying that is good written on english and he do not say

CD is right. These proposals aren't in coherent English.

Dude they do not have grammar errors not all of us here are from english countries i am spanish for example i cannot write '' coherent english'' better

If you haven't posted this in the General Assembly, I'd recommend doing so. Proposals are placed there for constructive criticism. If English isn't your first language or maybe you just need help phrasing things better, other players can also help you with crafting your proposal. I'd also recommend a review of the rules and general advice thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=159348

GenSec isn't bullying you. A proposal needs to be fully understood so that it's intentions are clear.

I will post this on general assembly maybe someone can tell me if i write bad phrases english is my second language i am spanish 18 years i only know the level of the institute before university

Language: Proposals must use understandable English. Conventional legalese and Latin terms are acceptable within reason. Proposals written in incomprehensible English or a foreign language will be deleted.

Explain me the meaning of legalese and their ''latin term''

As Euro already suggested, especially if English is not your first language, post your drafts to the General Assembly forum. Players there can help you fix your formatting and language. Even for users who are native English-speakers, it's still advised to post drafts to the forum for feedback before submitting them. The drafting process is vital to creating a successful proposal.

Definitely make note of that in your original post, and I guarantee other players will help you out, either with advice on the proposal or with learning how to phrase certain parts of the proposal better.
