Deleted Sent Telegram?

Hello. A user by the name of Halcyon Nova sent me a telegram around 15 hours ago. I cannot view it, and my inbox is empty. Am I safe to say that this message was bad and therefore deleted?
I am just wondering what the message was about, if I can know that, at least.

It wasn't bad, just incorrectly marked recruiting. The telegram was deleted at the sender's request.

Gameside items (telegrams, RMBs, regions, etc) should be reported via Getting Help, not the forums.
