Not seeing it either. Is it supposedly the ugly guy in the twitter post? Because the words are not remotely trolling.

To me it seems like the picture in said tweet seems to be mocking Mrs Bush.

I don't see a picture mocking Mrs. Bush in the tweets. There's one of Marlon Brando. Is the mocking that Mrs. Bush looked like the old Brando? Sorry, but when you have to reach that far, you're reaching too far. Again, not actionable.
