I believe that the below is admissable here under the criterion of bringing relevant/additional information to the mods attention that might otherwise be missed:

Discussion and participants have been crossing sonewhat between discussing this issue in the reported thread and the UK Politics Thread. As you can see from the above link and the subsequent page, the technique of making hit and run snark posts and trying to avoid stating their own position so debate can't be properly engaged has been creating considerable bad feeling and making it impossible, as is often the case, for the discussion to not eventually become about Vass and their behaviour, after all debate cannot happen if only one side turns up honestly wanting to participate. It's a fairly esoteric bait technique, but from the number of reports and incidences of disruption involving the poster it can clearly be seen to be effective, and thus worthy of a look and future note.

Apologies if there is already a note "on the file" to check for this and if the moderator making the decision is already aware of the parallel discussion on the UK Politics Thread, but the relationship between the playerbase and moderators isn't and can't be one of perfect information.
