Really? Both are pretty explicitly ignoring the argument and attacking the player.

My reading is the same as Frisbeeteria's.

They're attacks on the perceived quality of argument advanced by individuals, not on the individuals themselves.

They're not particularly polite, but nor do I believe that they're actionable.
