The only websites here I’ve heard of are the Fred Phelps ones. What are the other sites and why are they banned? I wouldn’t post anything from them. Just curious and I don’t want to google them in case I have to have to clear my search history.

They are sites which contain plenty of content which violate our rules. I don't think anyone is going to do a comprehensive analysis on the exact violations each site contains. Usually it's either porn, hate mongering, or some combination of the two.
