I'd like to say that I wasn't serious. This is a recurring joke from last year where the OP makes fun of me for forgetting to scroll, I told him I'm not that stupid, and then I actually did end up forgetting to scroll. There's an understanding between myself and the OP.

The OP is not publicly known, so as reporter, I find this hard to believe

If the "casual reader" argument remains valid, then the warning should still stand.

We don't accept third party appeals, that having been said Koth actually already did appeal and it was granted.
