Reports involving gameside content should be filed via a Getting Help Request. If, however, it's the one post in your regional message board? Don't bother. It's not actionable, and we don't Mod suppress posts just because. It doesn't work like thread ownership does.

If you don't want people posting on your RMB, password protect the region. Otherwise, your suppression and banject powers as Founder will have to suffice unless something is actually actionable.

No. Eject everyone from the region, wait until after the next update (when it will cease-to-exist), and refound the region if it bothers you that badly.

You'll have to leave the region, yes, and you can re-use the name once the current one ceases-to-exist - assuming someone else doesn't come along and refound it before you do. If that happens, nothing can be done; perfectly legal practice.

Updates occur around noon/midnight Eastern Time. The region will need to be empty (including of your own account) before the update for it to cease-to-exist.
