No. It's because the vast majority of men are not potential sexual predators and we feel offended by the idea of forcing all of us to suffer the indignity of being treated as such just because of a small minority. We do not need to be "taught" to be good people. We are good people. And those among as that are not should be dealt with as individuals and punished for their individual crimes individually.
