I see no reason to think that a topic on the different means of post-defecation anal cleaning is inherently against the rules; if we can discuss circumcision, we can discuss the primary function of toilet paper - and whether to use toilet paper at all.

So long as the topic stays PG-13, there's no reason to lock or take any other action.
