I think we can let those continue.

The first two are on general constitutional points rather than on current politics; the third is on current events, but then we did have threads on BLM protests running concurrently with the MAGA thread earlier in the year, and this thread has rapidly encompassed BLM-related discussion. We needn't scoop up every last US political topic into a single megathread. The US politics megathread is the best place to discuss the presidential transition and the incoming Biden administration, but there's some grounds for allowing separate threads on other topics on a case by case basis.
