I am suggesting a "lock without prejudice" on the Global Ramifications of the Corona Crisis thread.

While the attempt to discuss global ramifications could have led to more long-term or historical speculation, in practice most of the posts were indistinguishable from what's in the Coronavirus megathread.

It's the point of megathreads to avoid needless duplication, I believe. Also I have to say that a global pandemic doesn't have separate global ramifications, it IS global.

Now that the ramifications thread has lulled a bit and slipped to page 2, might be a good time to lock it?
I report offenses if and only if they are crimes.

Correct. Not all of them were gravedigging, and a few of them were insufficient OP.

That said, Marsoslavia raised a sufficient amount of zombies to actually warrant an unofficial warning for gravedigging. If the OP has ceased-to-exist in an F&NI thread and the thread hasn't been posted in in a year or more, don't post in it. It's gravedigging.
