There's a bunch of posts starting here about the habitability of one newly discovered planet and expanding more generally to extraterrestrials and astrobiology that I'd like split out to a new thread. I'd like to discuss the subject, but it seems to be getting in the way of the sunshine and lollipops. I don't think it was a deliberate threadjack, just a popular topic that should have it's own thread.
