This one should probably be locked - the OP's original proposal is technically unworkable and it's starting to attract attention.
In=character, Kaboomlandia is a World Assembly member and abides by its resolutions. If this nation isn't in the WA, it's for practical reasons.

Unlock request (or at least bump mods on older one). Fris mistook one issue for another.

Was an older issue, Elu said it would be looked into further, this was the thread from when it was mentioned before, but never resolved: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=441360

It is clearly a different issue, none of the stats are null, just the wrong number of endorsements are reported.
