I’m always happy to discuss ideas about proposals, particularly if grammar or wording are in issue. I am also Executive Deputy Minister for the WA Ministry of TNP.
Kenmoria is an illiberal yet democratic nation pursuing the goals of communism in a semi-effective fashion. It has a very broad diplomatic presence despite being economically developing, mainly to seek help in recovering from the effect of a recent civil war. As Fris said: it's a placeholder. It's one thing to have most of an OP fleshed-out and to reserve a few posts and keep the thread closed as a WIP. It's another thing entirely to have essentially no content as all. Furthermore, if that's all the content you intend to produce for your "General Assembly" and "Security Council" threads, at best, those are likely to be merged.

Add actual content. Otherwise, it's just spam.
