Can guys check if this is the Banana Kid?

I find it very suspicious that he founded this banana themed nation at the time he did and the Banana Kid bragged that the mods couldn't find his other nations. He also said in one post that he is 13 which is the same age that the Banana Kid says he is now. It's just sketchy to me.

Okay I made a mistake there. But I still find it suspicious because of the timing and the Banana Kid has bragged about evading the mods and that they couldn't track him.
