One of of the DoS user Nekostan's old nations, East Kekistan, was also obsessed with exterminating "tropicals". Is this the same guy? The terminology is very suspicious.
The American Empire is a socially progressive absolute monarchy run by the heirs of Emperor Norton. It started off at MT but has rapidly advanced to PMT through interdimensional travel. All NSstats are used, except for tax rate and population. Factbooks are currently under reconstruction.

I can confirm that it's not, it's an alt account of Voxija's and anything relating to "tropicals" is purely roleplay and not at all trolling. Source: friend of the user behind it.
