A) There's no need to knowingly repeat a report on the same individual; especially when the same individual is being separately reported in another active report thread.

B) Not all accounts that engage in active trolling are necessarily returning DOS accounts. Sometimes they're just trolls. Reporting a suspicion that someone might be a returning DOS account is fine; but please leave the judgement on whether this is definitely the case to us.

Otherwise, I repeat from the Israel report thread that this individual has been handed a 3-day for trolling: viewtopic.php?p=38360002#p38360002
