"Adbot" is a misnomer. Most of them are not actual script bots (NS's registration system is sufficiently non-standard that automated register-then-post scripts wouldn't get through it,) but rather people in third world countries being paid pennies to manually create accounts on websites. Some might then be turned over to posting scripts, some not, but the account creation itself is generally some shmuck at a computer.
