A question, if I may: why would you give a regional advertizement account the ownership of the Passed Resolutions thread? Even if it's owned by IA. There is currently a discussion going on GA forum about the branding rule, which currently doesn't allow for regional advertizement accounts (in this case the region Europe) to submit resolutions. This move by IA sounds very much like trying to sneak around that rule by making his region (he's the WA Delegate of Europe) more visible through the archive thread.

The thread that has its ownership transferred was Europe's Gameplay Embassy, not the Passed Resolutions thread. IA (the person who requested the transfer of the embassy thread) only used the Passed Resolutions thread as an example. The ownership of the Passed Resolutions thread passed from Omigodtheykilledkenny to IA at the start of last year.
