I received a three day ban for the following posts :

But that one episode of CSI said it was a sexual thing. Are you saying TV would lie to us?

This joke could have almost been "funny" (at least compared to what you have accustomed us to) if 1) I was still watching T.V for anything but the news and 2) this show actually got broadcasted on French television.
Sadly, neither are true which means that it fall flat, as usual.

This may come as a shock, but not everything I say is about you. Particularly when I respond to a general complaint about people assuming this is a sexual thing with a comment about something that may have contributed to the creation of that schema.

"I-I totally wasn't trying to make a cheap attack and I'm totally not back-pedaling now that I got called on my bullshit! I mean, it's not because I responded to a quote directed at you and left your name in the chain quote that I was referring to you! I-I totally was talking about people in general!"

On the stated reason that :

However, in both posts, I was merely responding to what could reasonably be taken as a jab aimed at me as the so-called "general statement" that the poster made still included my name in the quote-lines. There was, moreover, no personal attack or inflammatory comment on said posts, merely me defending myself of an accusation. Indeed, the only "shot" taken here was me saying that they were trying to back-pedal on their accusation.
Last time I checked, calling out someone on their bullshit is in no way equivalent to "flamebaiting them". I would thus like to appeal this punishment as being unjustified.

I've reviewed the original thread and Monitor's ruling. It wasn't the harshest baiting I've ever seen, but you were definitely baiting. Given your record, the 3 day ban was justified.
