This user has also been spamming the GFWC IV thread, which he has no business in. It's also worth noting his +23000 style mod, which is obvious trolling.

They could try. And if it traces back to his school or office (though I doubt he's old enough to have a job) they could suspend/expel/fire him for misusing technology. I gotta agree with this. It's better than just not doing anything and letting him come back.
