[REPORT] Heavy spamming and trolling on LoM thread

Asia Philippines and Russia (most probably a puppet) has been spamming uninvited repeatedly in the LoM thread. He (or she) has been told to quit it several times, both by the OP and myself, and he seems to have no intention of stopping.

Can you guys do something about him, because it really is starting to get out of hand?

This nonsense has carried on for the past three pages, with an unauthorised, non-member nation coming in and swamping us in a tsunami of pointless spamming and potential trolling. Though I leave the verdict to the mods, we donrequest that they be banned from the thread.

At the risk of being told off for reduncancy and possible frivolity, I will nevertheless do what I can to keep that thread clean.
