Appealing against a WA ban

Postby Sybaritic Socialists » Wed Aug 12, 2015 10:02 am

Hi, I'm not sure that I'm even in the right place, but here goes. Myself and another player share the same house. I've played for years, he for less time. I joined the WA years ago, he much more recently. We were both banned about a month ago. We'd thought using different email addresses and different computers would clear us of a rule breach, but apparently not. We do have to use the same broadband link to the outside world. He's not particularly bothered about rejoining, but I'd like to. Is this possible?

I think that you should file a Getting Help Request.

Yes, all game-side appeals/reports/etc must be reported via GHR

Also, the ban only applies to the specific nation that was actually in the WA when the ban was imposed: You're still allowed to join the WA with a different nation, even if it's just called -- for example -- '[original nation's name] WA Mission'...
The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

Even better, your main nation won't be affected by the World Assembly's resolutions. Anyway, where were we? Oh yes; you should file a Getting Help Request at http://www.nationstates.net/page=help if you wish to appeal your WA ban.
