I have more information that was relevant to the problem being reported there (A Moderator abusing their game powers to undo a raid on their region), but it was locked by DLN after she misread the report as complaining about the moderator using his powers as the regional founder.

Can it be unlocked so I can post the relevant information, or is there an alternate means that I can use for this?

And if the answer to 'alternate means' is GHR, how can I report a game mod's abuse through a system responded to by game mods? Legitimate question.

You can use the GHP, no mod can actually delete reports filed through this and the modlogs are also frequently checked by all the mods.

If you really are concerned, use the email address moderator@nationstates.net and it should forward it to all mods per email.
