I recently received a telegram from the WA Intelligence Committee, which suspected me of having multiple accounts. The telegram contained a link that informed me that they might suspect me of cheating with their IP scans, however, throughout many evenings when I log in, I am using one of the laptops in my Universities legal lab, which means it is used by several law students each day. Because this website was suggested as a method to familiarize ourselves with international civil rights laws, obviously many NationStates users would have happened to have the same IP signature on their login.
