We need a filter, seriously. Please just automatically get rid of 1. New posters who post Mandarin in titles of new threads and 2. New posters who post external links in titles of new threads.

Also, such a filter would have to be created from scratch, when our admins are doing other stuff to keep the site running and updated.

How this will affect the elections will be decided by him and the House
