You're only really noticing a pattern because of the language; we eliminate a large number of Indian and Pakistani adbots every year, but you likely don't notice their point of origin quite so much because their adverts are in English.

Anyway, the reason they're doing this is likely to boost their product's visibility on Chinese-language search engines by spamming popular internet forums with posts containing the product name. It's not particularly difficult to deal with, and once they realise that we simply mass-delete their posts - so their spam has absolutely no impact - they'll likely leave us alone again.
