Looks like the formatting is broken?

I'm not seeing it on a widescreen monitor. I recently reformatted it, and it's got a Left, Center, and Right portion, followed by a quote. I'll grant you it's not pretty (they're trying to stuff too much into a sig), but it's legal and not broken.
