From the positioning I suspect it may stem from Wagunia's sig.

You'd placed the /spoiler outside your quote of Wagunia's request, but the open tag was still inside it. That confused the formatting and then the following spoiler of the flags was all borked because of it.

Fixed it for you by moving the /spoiler back before /quote.

It was 9 lines and no float tags.

Once again, if you're reporting sigs, don't do so from phones, tablets, or other small screens. The sig size rule is based around computer screens. If larger sigs on small devices bother you, turn off sigs in your User Control Panel.
