As for swearing, it kinda depends just like in posts on the context. In Great Nepal's case, the single instance of "fuck" doesn't appear to be directed at another user or otherwise crossing the line.

Swastikas are verboten in flags because flags can't be discussed. Sigs can be discussed. If you want to flog a nation over the use of a swastika in their sig (in a non-flamey way, of course), have at it.
