Should be everything- and the highlighter used to make a flag is alright. It's not over 8 lines and not terribly intrusive either.

Posts like his are generally accepted as being okay, because they help with the reports (IE, "You need to link to this post, not the page," "File a getting help request,").

The Spam, Sig, and Grave Dig reporting threads (By a glance) appear to have a bit more liberal look on posting in moderation, because certain things may or may not be spam, grave digs, or long sigs (It could be 12 lines on your computer, but only 7 on mine)
