Actionable gloating / baiting?

In light of this previous report, I'd like an opinion on whether this is actionable as gloating and baiting:

This post was made by Gravlen who is currently on your ignore list. Display this post.

Hopefully that wasn't a reply to me, as I'm sure that a mature individual isn't going to reply to someone who told that they're on the ignore list, only to gloat about victory over "defeating" someone who ignores them on an online forum.

I don't see it, no. He says you're gloating, which is obviously not true, but it don't read his post as gloating over having put you on his ignore-list.

So
- him quoting the text displayed as an effect of having placed me on ignore, "This post was made by Gravlen who is currently on your ignore list. Display this post.", and then continuing to say that "Hopefully that wasn't a reply to me" (I read that as gloating that I've been placed on ignore)

- as "a mature individual isn't going to reply to someone who told that they're on the ignore list" (I read that as baiting)

is really OK?

All due respect Farn, I'm afraid I am going to have to ask for a second opinion because the more I've been thinking about it the more convinced I've become that this is crossing the line.
