I simply cannot imagine how you could have fucked up a definition so badly that there is absolutely no way it can apply to this reality without immediately collapsing in on itself.

Mild or not, it is still breaking the letter and spirit of the rule. And I'd really rather we not let people get away with calling people drunks, because that's what this amounts to.

I really don't give a flying fuck what you decide to do, as long as you do your job and it make it clear that flamebaiting isn't tolerated in this forum.

The simple statements of 'don't act like a jerk' and 'don't dish what you can't take' would probably go a long ways if folks actually stuck to them. No, it isn't tolerated. We also don't try to run things like a freaking gulag either. May as well shut General down right now if we get to that point, because a good 80% of the comments there would be verboten if this example were used as precedent.
