WA membership problem

I got a telegram saying I have more than one nation in the WA however I do not. I had another nation that used to be in the WA, but I disliked that nation so I resigned and haven't logged in for a while. I joined the WA on this nation after leaving and I made sure only one nation was in the WA at a time. I know this is my only nation in the WA, so why is this happening?
