Some people have been throwing around "reform" lately. So let's talk about it. What reforms do you propose? Do we even need any? Are some people just unaccustomed to General?

First of all, I see a trollbait in his use of the word "some" which clearly is referring to me, and I really don't like it. Plus, my topic exists to discuss what he is talking about. Neo Kervoskia's topic is exactly what I am referring to in my topic, which is why I am requesting it be closed or deleted.
