These drive by spammers are not what we would call "law abiding players". All we can do is delete them, ban their IPs, and move on.

As to criminal law violations, I have no idea whether advertising escort services is illegal in India. I know I've seen plenty of ads for escort services in Washington, DC papers, so apparently there are gray areas in the law.
