2) What if it was a legit user, and you cant tell which is the spam?
3) Delete thread. Nothing to do with replies.

2) What if it was a legit user, and you cant tell which is the spam?

1) -.- I reported the user directly above your post. There is no need to report them more than once.
2) That's not relevant to anything. The mods prefer to link to user profiles and not threads or posts.
3) The moderators delete the adspammer's posts when they delete the nation. For whatever reason; replies to the threads aren't deleted automatically and thus it makes for more work for them to clean up.
