Look, EVERYONE has some prejudice in one form or another. It's human nature.
Moderators are chosen in part for their ability to put their prejudices aside and rule on various facts in a case. Sometimes, it's subjective, but that's life.
If a moderator were genuinely biased, I'd think he or she would eventually leave the moderation team. And if it's bad enough, the moderator in question will likely get called out by the powers that be. IIRC, just before Myrth resigned as a mod, [violet] specified that he broke some rule. If a moderator were really as bad as some of you are saying, I'm sure they'd be thrown under the bus before long.
Some rulings are slam dunks. Others, such as the Parthenon insult, need to be carefully considered. If someone doesn't have a history of flaming, trolling, etc., perhaps they only get a "knock it off" or simply an official warning. If someone has a history of major transgressions, they're likely to get something like a strong warning, a forum ban or worse.
Stop trying to sell your lines about mod conspiracy. I'm not buying it.
