Yes. I don't know why, but spoilers have a very limited character set. Here are some of the few that work:

Ummm I think my sig is probably too long, isn’t it? At least all the big stuff is in quotes? Idk I tried to shorten it but I’m not making progress, is it ok

No, but it is now.

Like most people who use formatting, you overused it. One set of {align=center} tags aligns everything in the post. You don't need to center align each thread, as that adds extra lines.

Also, I used float tags to put all your spoilers on the same line, and made it the last line. When you try to put spoilers in the middle of your sig, it adds lines.

At eight lines it's not short at all. It's a forum sig, not your wiki article. It's legal but there is far too much content. You should explain how your nation works in a Dispatch and just link it.

You're not counting the box. That adds two lines, top and bottom.

I'd put some of it under spoilers and use float tags to put them to the far left and right. It's a signature, not a novella. You're trying to tell too many stories in a tiny space.

Your edits made it worse. You added a bunch of blank lines and superfluous align tags, taking a legal sig into illegal territory. I've fixed it and spared you a warning.

Some style guidelines based on my extensive history of sig editing:

• As a general rule, any {pre} news scroll should be the last thing in a sig. {pre} doesn't play well with other formatting, and tends to add more blank lines to the three (minimum) that it already uses.
• Don't mix {align} tags, and don't overuse them. {align=center} adds a blank line after each use. One pair of align tags will center your entire sig, and float tags will push things to the left and right margins. There's almost never a need for {align=left} as that is the default behavior of text.
• You should never alternate spoilers and text. Spoilers work best under {float} tags so that they stay against the margins and out of the way of everything else until clicked.
• Multi-colored text doesn't make your sig stand out in a positive way. At best, it looks amateurish. Typically, it looks like a unicorn puked on the page. Find a single color, or two a most, and stick with it.

Not unless you can recreate it with text formatting. You can't put images in forum sigs. The other guy did it in three lines of text.

I'm not going to do the work for you. Totally not my interest. The code is right there, 3 posts up. You can use the forum post Preview function to fiddle with it. Just don't post it anywhere until you're ready to put it in your sig.
