Your two news tickers kill your available space. Go with one, and leave out all the extra blank lines. Note that the [align] tag adds a blank line at the end, so jumble it all into a single line.

Sigs are less novella and more haiku. If you want to have a bunch of links, make a Factbook and link to the factbook in your sig.

That way the people who don't want to see it on every single frikken post can click it ... when they actually want your imparted wisdom.

It's too long. The quote and box lines add a total of 4 lines to your allowed 8. Trim it.

As for the use of the f-word ... if you have to ask, you already know it's inappropriate. And frankly, "f*ck" is just as offensive as "fuck". Find something else for your sig.

All right, I did the relevant changes. I removed that quote from Alanis Star, and just added here, since Alanis Star already has a box.

Can y'all tell me if my sig is fine? I counted 8 exactly but I'm not good with counting [hr] lines and spoilers.

You're at 9 lines. The HR is one line, and the isolated spoiler is two.

I already fixed it by adding float tags. You're welcome to get advice on improving your sig, but it's not currently too long.
