Using region tags in WA proposals

Is it legal to use the region tags in WA proposals? I'd like to use them in my Liberate Feudal Japan resolution as such:

FURTHER NOTING that the former residents of Feudal Japan currently reside in Tokugawa Japan and still desire to return to Feudal Japan;

Since it hasn't been done before, I'd like to know if it is ok before submitting the proposal.

Since you're writing a SC proposal it should be OK, but bear in mind that the rules for SC proposals are still being written so that could change.
