Question about WA

Postby Bergnovinaia » Mon Aug 17, 2009 5:43 pm

This may be in the wrong thread but oh well.

Here's my question:

If there is nothing to vote for in the WA what happens. (What I mean is if there was a stupid chain of proposals and none of them reached queorum.)
I am pursuing my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in Psychology and Spanish. My goal in life is to be a marriage and family counselor. If you have questions about me or my life, just ask!

Then there's nothing to vote on. The floor waits until a proposal reaches quorum. There have been periods of several days where no proposals came to the floor.

In the unlikely event that NO ONE votes for something, I should think it reasonable to think that it won't pass.
Other than it not reaching quorum and not passing, I don't think there would be any further effect.

Thanks. I was just wondering.

When there's nothing to vote for in the WA, players take their critical faculties/rules-lawyering skills to the Drafting threads and cause wailing and gnashing of teeth among would-be proposal writers. There's also usually an upsurge in deplorably memorable behaviour in the Strangers Bar. :D
