Question about where to post a topic

Postby United Gordonopia » Sun Aug 16, 2009 4:56 pm

I want to create a thread for an international business convention, you know, like an E3 for businesses. Where should I put it, Nationststates? II? Global Economics?
If you ever have an RPing question, please TG me about it.

If your intentions are to roleplay the actual convention, I would suggest that you make an initial OOC post to gather those who might be interested in doing so. If you've already done as such, personally, I would recommend Nationstates over International Incidents. Global Economics is moreso for storefronts and such.

I'd do Global Economics and Trade myself, because it's an economic convention.

We've done economic role-plays before in other forums without problem. I wouldn't see why it would be an issue for it to be in a role-play forum on account. Just because it deals with economy, does not limit a role-play to a particular forum I would think. I've seen the new econ forum more as a 'national facts/trade/storefront' thing as opposed to a lot of more in-depth role-playing. But that's just my take. If it works in that forum, hey - go for it.
