Can these be merged into the Obamacare thread

Robustian seems to have taken up the gauntlet for creating a new healthcare thread every few hours from Yu-Gi-Owe (maybe they are one and the same). Anyway could these two threads

be merged into the Obamacare superthread rather than cluttering up NSG?
