[/float] Having seen ITD's thread on a similar subject, I'd like some clarification on whether Fort Froncopolis flag (pictured right) is abusing my copyright. Intellectual Property rights have never really made any sense to me, and I'd like to know if this is something I have to put up with, or if it's something I can stop.He is aware that I know he's perverted my flag (via a TG where I've asked him to generally cease and desist with his various copying/using of my stuff) yet appears to be carrying on with it. Just as an extra note, Fronocopolis uploaded the pictured flag to NSwiki under the name 'Starblaydia.gif' before quickly realising their mistake and re-uploading it (without actually bothering to do anything with the first one) under their own name.
